Bob Supan - "Director's Choice"

Eagles 1: Eyes of Eagles
"This is the one that launched the saga of the MacCallister clan, and it's still one of my favorites. From it's frankly brutal opening in which Jamie Ian MacCallister's family is massacred by Indians, to it's spectacular finale at the Alamo, it's an epic ride that's worth the miles. The voice talent relished the chance to play the famous participants at the Alamo, and Terence Aselford's performance as Jim Bowie is a must-hear. Add Bryan Patton and Johann Dettweiler's great sound engineering work, and it's a real rouser."

Outlanders 35: Cerberus Storm
"Ok, ok, I didn't direct this one, but I adapted it for GA, and by a stroke of luck, I did get to direct Colleen Delany in the role of the Indian warrior Catamount. When I first read this story, I was taken with the tragedy of Catamount's life, and felt that she deserved a sympathetic treatment the story somewhat lacked. Honestly, if I'd been what she went through, I'd be a pretty hardened case myself!

Terence Aselford's direction on this one's among his best. Due to unusual circumstances, however, he was not available for the recording session with Colleen Delany. Having adapted the title, I was asked to step in as “guest director” on that session. Colleen gave everything she had and more to the role of Catamount. It was a real pleasure to watch her grasp and flesh out the character."

The Executioner 318: Code of Resistance
"I adapted this one as well as directed it, and it was a ball. Calvin James jumps the Stony Man ship to join a revolution on the tiny Pacific island of Pa’anhui. Bolan's sent to unofficially extract him, and ends up leading the revolution himself! This story's got it all: military baddies, corporate baddies, international mercenary baddies, renegade Red Chinese military, native revolutionaries - even pirates!"

Eagles 7: Cry of Eagles
"For hardcore Western intensity, this title's hard to beat. Falcon MacCallister travels from the Arizona border to the Dragoon Mountains, pursuing a murderous band of Apaches led by the Mescalero chief Naiche. Falcon is one hardened son of a gun by this time in the series, and his strategy against Naiche's band shows just how far he's willing to go in the name of frontier justice. Definitely for the mature listener."
