GRAPHICAUDIO SNEAK PEEK OF "ROGUE CLONE" SERIES
Rogue Clone 1: The Clone Republic
by Steven L. Kent
In a galactic military largely consisting of clones raised to be unquestioning soldiers, Wayson Harris initially has difficulty as he seemingly isn't a clone and he does not follow orders as quickly. His first official posting, a desert planet named Gobi, seems like a punishment as there are many things wrong with it (poor discipline, contaminated drinking water). After Harris and a mercenary named Ray Freeman prevent an ex-general from killing all the marines and raiding the armory, Harris is promoted and transferred to the flagship Kamehameha. The Kamehameha deploys to the planet Ezer Kri, which is attempting to leave the Unified Authority and establish a nonstandard culture (namely, a Japanese one).
After a platoon is killed by locals (they ignite a fuel pumping station), marines are ordered to occupy the largest town on the planet, where Harris runs into Freeman. Freeman sends another soldier back with Harris's helmet on, then leads Harris to the hotel across the street where they ambush Kline, a man they'd dealt with in Gobi, wielding a rifle that has been set to track Harris's helmet signal.
During his interrogation, Kline is revealed to be a Morgan Atkins separatist (an influential terrorist group). Shortly thereafter, a fleet of separatist ships carrying the deserters from Ezer Kri flee from the planet before anyone can react.

GRAPHICAUDIO'S YEAR 2011 IN REVIEW
BEST VOICES OF THE YEAR 2011 AWARD FROM AUDIOFILE
Terence Aselford and Full Cast featuring the talents of David Coyne, Elizabeth Jernigan and Yazmin Tuazon just received the BEST VOICES OF THE YEAR 2011 AWARD from AudioFile Magazine for their performances and work on Blood & Honor Part 1 of 2. Congrats to the stellar Cast and Crew at GraphicAudio.
BLOOD & HONOR (1 of 2) (FOREST KINGDOM SAGA)
"The Unreal is alive and threatening the Kingdom of Redhart in the Forest Kingdom. Terence Aselford narrates this complex tale of a contest for the kingdom’s throne among three princes. A host of narrators performs this story of magic, sorcery, and revenge. The seamless performances are punctuated with gruesome sword fights, and creepy sound effects and “plinking” music provide bone-chilling ambiance for the bloody events. The creative performances will keep listeners glued to a tale filled with subtle humor, grisly bloodshed, and the vividly described competition among the brothers for the throne. AUDIOFILE MAGAZINE EARPHONES AWARD WINNER 2011
THE LONER by J.A. Johnstone
"Johnstone’s Western series is the perfect platform for the skilled folks at Graphic Audio to put their talents on display. Filled with realistic sound effects, an old-fashioned musical score, and an gifted cast of performers including Ken Jackson, the series is like a pulp paperback come to life. In the story, high-rolling businessman Conrad Browning is forced to unveil his lifelong secret in order to save his wife from bandits. The gunshots will have listeners ducking for cover as Conrad becomes “The Loner,” a ruthless outlaw who is seeking justice. The outstanding listening experience sets the standard for just how compelling audiobooks can be. L.B. - Winner of AudioFile Earphones Award © AudioFile 2011, Portland, Maine"

The Lightbringer Trilogy by Brent Weeks
"Weeks’s epic trilogy takes on added vibrancy as a fully loaded audiobook. With a deep—almost growling—voice, Richard Rohan grips listeners with his narration, and dynamic sound effects and a musical score further enhance the production. With no successor, the powerful Black Prism fears his approaching death, but the unexpected news that he has a son with his own magical powers gives him hope. Now he must journey to find the teenager and, at the same time, contend with the political machinations of his fellow mages. As an engaging adventure begins, fans will be eager for the full series. Hewey Calloway 1: The Smiling Country by Elmer Kelton
"A full cast, music, and sound effects bring to life the world of Hewey Calloway, an aging cowhand in 1910 Texas. Hewey’s nephew, Tommy, runs away from home and winds up on Hewey's crew at the Circle W. Hewey, who is an old-fashioned cowboy without a gun but with a big heart, runs into trouble with a new foreman. The plot takes an unusual turn when Hewey gets busted up by a mean ol' bronc. The topnotch cast pours life into Kelton’s well-crafted dialogue. The voices we hear the most—those of Hewey, Tommy, and the narrator—are well suited to Kelton’s characters. The entire presentation is a first-rate listening experience. S.C.A. © AudioFile 2011, Portland, Maine"
Smoke Jensen 17: Ordeal of the Mountain Man by William W. Johnstone
"The seventeenth installment in the Last Mountain Man series features gunslinger and horse wrangler Smoke Jensen. In this adventure Smoke is driving a herd of horses for sale to the Army when he’s attacked by Utah Jack Grubbs, one of his many enemies. Amid jingling spurs, snorting horses, and pinging bullets, narrator Mort Shelby and his cast of compadres act out this dramatic Western. An assortment of accents, ranging from clipped British and soft German to East Coast American, reflects the melting pot of late-nineteenth-century Wyoming and tests the skills of this full cast. As the Wild West comes to life, crude language and gory descriptions reflect the story’s realism. M.B.K. © AudioFile 2011, Portland, Maine"
OUR GRAPHICAUDIO LAND FAN REVIEWS
Dante Valentine by Lilith Saintcrow
I am hooked! This is an outstanding production and an excellent story (that I am eagerly awaiting the next installment of). I had just completed GraphicAudio's production of the Vatta's War series (that was a lot of fun and very well done). I came back to look for something new - always a big undertaking for me to decide. This time I had to choose quickly as I was taking a trip the next morning and wanted to have something to listen to. I usually go towards Science Fiction & Fantasy. This new production came up when the GraphicAudio site loaded and I wasn't sure what to think about it. I listened to the audio preview. It seemed a mix of genres that I like - something a little different and compelling. I decided to give it a try. The first thing that struck me was the voice actors. They are some of the same familiar voices from Vatta's War - Colleen Delany and Christopher Scheeren. Not to diminish the performances of all the other fine voice actors, but I have a thing for Ms. Delany's voice. She was excellent in Vatta's war and is also excellent here. The sound effects and voice acting pulled this together and made it very engrossing and engaging. That, paired with a great story, makes this is a first rate winner for me. I can't wait to hear more. I hope that many of you will try this. I think that you will enjoy it greatly. Thank you to the entire GraphicAudio team!! Brian 4/11
The Demon Cycle by Peter V. Brett
Very good introduction to an intriguing new epic in the spirit of RA Salvatore and Brent Weeks. Captivating characters catch your interest within a world that unravels its flavor like a fine wine. William 11/11
Great Read. Well developed storyline and strong characters. Excellent Production. Thank You Graphic Audio for hours of great entertainment. Bobbie 12/11
BATMAN: NO MAN’s LAND by Greg Rucka
Absolutely perfect! Having read the comics and novel, the GA production is the very best way to enjoy this adventure - great job! Joseph 11/11
WOW! FANTASTIC! GREAT! 2000 THUMBS UP! BEST WORK YET!!! MORE PLEASE!!! 11/11
NORTH AMERICA’S FORGOTTEN PAST: PEOPLE OF THE WOLF
This is the FINEST - the BEST OF THE BEST that GA has ever done! I have read most of the books in this series and the writer improved the story by leaps and bounds. Nannette is WONDERFUL in all of her work. Best of all there are no "overpowering" special effects to destroy the actor's dialog. Only bad part is a short period where action is taking place in three different camps - and it becomes hard to follow - but it later makes sense. We own over 60 GA "movies" and this one was as close to perfect as I have heard. Karen 4/11
THE LONER by J.A. Johnstone
Excellent. Well done. This is Author has done a great honor to her father by continuing on with the story. The Loner is a bit more graphic than a typical western of this type and that makes it more enjoyable. I enjoyed this first book and cant wait for the next. Frederick 8/11
GREEN LANTERN: SLEEPERS TRILOGY
OUT STANDING!!! GET ALL 3 LISTEN IN A ROW!! GREAT! Scott 8/11
THE LIGHTBRINGER TRILOGY 1: THE BLACK PRISM by Brent Weeks
Brent Weeks is a MASTER storyteller!!! The Night Angel Trilogy and now The Lightbringer Trilogy, I will always buy his stories. Then add the INCREDIBLE work that GA does to bring these stories alive better than most of the Blockbuster movies I have seen lately. After work like this I am very willing to try other authors and GA series. George 4/11
Thanks to all our Reviewers in GraphicAudio Land for your comments. We look forward to bringing you more exciting adventures in 2012!
