MP3 Downloads
How do I download MP3's?
Browse the product pages and add MP3 Downloads to your shopping cart. All of our titles will be available in MP3 soon. From there, the checkout process is self explanatory. After you complete your purchase, click "View Your Downloadable MP3 Library" on the order confirmation page. You will be taken to your available downloads and download history. You'll see detailed download instructions on this page. You can also get to your available downloads from the sidebar menu or the top of this site.
- You have 7 Days or 168 hours from the time of your purchase to download your MP3 zip file.
- You are allowed 3 download attempts per purchase.
To download, you will click on the Download link and select "Save". After you choose to save the file, you should be presented with another window that asks where you want to save the file. Before you click "Ok" to save the file to your disk, you should be aware of where the file will be saved and what it is called. The default location for saving the file may be within several sub-folders. We recommend placing the files on your Desktop, then transferring them to a specified folder when the files are completed. Mozilla Firefox and other browsers may save your zip file to a default "Downloads" folder in your "Documents" folder.
You will then unzip the file to unpack the MP3 files.
What is a MP3?
MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3, more commonly referred to as MP3, is a popular digital audio encoding and lossy compression format, designed to greatly reduce the amount of data required to represent audio, yet still sound like a faithful reproduction of the original uncompressed audio to most listeners.
MP3 Downloads are digital audio files that you can download with a computer. You can transfer and listen to the MP3 files with a portable media player, such as an iPod® or any other MP3 player. You can also burn the audio from the MP3 files to regular CDs. Our MP3's are encoded as high quality 192kbps files.
How long will it take to download?
This will vary depending on what kind of Internet connection you have. The MP3 Zip Download streams from the server, so it will not give a time remaining in the download dialog box. It should take approximately 30 minutes for most computers to download one title.
What kind of devices play MP3 files?
Our MP3 Downloads will play on any portable media device, including iPod, Zune, Sansa, Creative, Archos, Samsung, Sony and many more. Many of the newer cell phones have MP3 capablities too.
Can I listen to MP3's in my car or truck?
Yes. Depending on your vehicle's sound system, you should have several options: linking up your MP3 player through a audio cable or Bluetooth connection; plugging in a USB thumb drive or other type of memory device; or playing Audio or Data CD's that you've burned on your computer.
How do I listen to MP3's on my computer?
Simply open any mp3 file or open the playlist (.m3u file). Almost every computer comes pre-loaded with Windows Media Player or Apple iTunes, both of which will play your downloads. The playlist will play all of the mp3 files in order.
What happens if I accidentally delete all my tracks on my hard drive?
Once you have successfully downloaded MP3's from GraphicAudio, the transaction is completed and the files become your responsibility. Make sure you backup your purchases!
The easiest and fastest way to back up your MP3 files is to burn them to a CD. By burning a CD, you not only have a safe backup of your files, but you can take it with you and play it in most CD players. You can also back up the MP3 files onto an external hard drive or flash drive.
Do the download links expire?
Download links expire after 7 days and/or after 3 download attempts. You should always keep a backup copy of the mp3 files off your computer, so that you can restore the files whenever necessary.
If the link expired before you managed to download your zip file, please contact us with your purchase details and a brief explanation of the problem.

What is a Zip file?
ZIP is a popular archive format widely used on the Internet. The MP3 Downloads are contained in a Zip file. After you have downloaded the file, you need to unpack its contents in order to play the audio content.
Windows users can use the built-in zip functionality or free expander software such as PeaZip or 7-Zip. Mac computers include zip functionality, but it will NOT work properly with our zip files. Mac OSX users should use free expander software such as Stuffit or The Unarchiver to unzip the files. Linux users can use free expander software such as PeaZip or 7-Zip.
How to unzip with the built-in functionality in Windows: (3 options)
- Right click on the zip file and choose "Extract..." or Open With--> Compressed (zipped) Folders...
- Double-click the compressed folder to open it. The Extract all files command appears in the Folder Tasks list or in the top menu. Click Extract all files to start the Extraction Wizard, and then click Next to start the extraction process. When you are prompted to select a location to put the extracted files, select a location, and then click Next. By default, Show extracted files is selected. Click Finish to view the extracted files.
- Double-click the compressed zip folder to open it. Then, drag the files from the compressed folder to a new location.
Why am I receiving a corrupt zip file error with WinRar?
This is due to the fact that WinRAR and some other zip programs do not yet support an archive in which local headers don't define the compressed and uncompressed size. Since the zip file is built through streaming, the size cannot be known when first building the archive. This information is appended at the end of the compressed data, in what is called a data descriptor, which again is not supported by these programs.
The zip library used by our downloads respects the Zip standard you can find here:
