Preacher takes on the last of the Aztecs in his biggest, bloodiest showdown yet...

There are a million ways to die in the Rockies--and a million predators, natural or otherwise. But even a seasoned mountain dweller like Preacher is shocked by the latest horror lurking in the hills. Trappers are being hunted down like animals. Captured. Murdered. Mutilated. Their hearts carved out of their chests. Some of the victims were Preacher's friends. Now two others--Audie and Nighthawk--have gone missing. Preacher is determined to track them down before they end up on the chopping block. But nothing can prepare him for what's waiting at the end of the trail...

A secret cult as old as the Aztecs. A warrior priest with a lust for blood.

And an epic battle that begins and ends--with the ultimate sacrifice...

back in time with a blood lust killing has Preacher on a different kind of trail great story
PATHETIC STORY by Albert (Posted on 10/2/2016)
First the acting is great. The pathetic story is a direct copy of a Tarzan movie from the 1960s. The concept of the Aztecs surviving 400 years in the Rockies is so unbelievable it is insulting to Preacher fans. GAs only fault was the last battle - three times to long and to many sound effects.
Ok by JASON (Posted on 5/5/2016)
A little redundant but still kept me listening.

great adventure by dewayne (Posted on 4/25/2016)
The acting is great. The story does kind of repeat a bit. But over all good story. I have to say at times I didn't know if preacher was gonna make it. Thought the good parts of the story made up for some of the repetition. A strong 4 headphones.
Less than satisfied by Rejana (Posted on 2/19/2016)
I love Preacher. He is always tough and clever and stays one step ahead of the bad guys. In this one he was inept and bumbling. Not the same Preacher we are accustomed to hearing. I was very disappointed. He kept repeating the most inane mistakes. The plot circled around and around and around. We kept passing the same tree.

I guess I was expected more. The story was ok but it wasn't what I've come too know from this series. Some times the author should sick with what works. I think some times writers run out of fresh ideas for certain books.
