We found this a great listen
I liked it by Dominique (Posted on 10/3/2018)
Took a minute to get into it, but I liked it, I really enjoyed the humor in the story.
Alcatraz Versus The Evil Librarians by J (Posted on 9/1/2018)
This was my first GraphicAudio listen, and now I'm addicted! The narrator who voices Alcatraz does a fantasic job, and it's so funny, you don't even think about it being a kids book. The differences in people from the different worlds (Hushlands and Free Kingdoms), and Alcatraz's reactions to them, are very entertaining. Every now and then an audio-specific reference is thrown in. And the good news is his adventures continue in book 2.
It's Good by George (Posted on 8/7/2018)
My kids love this book as we drove around in the car.
Alcatraz 1 by Roger (Posted on 8/7/2018)
This was a fun and silly book. It's light listening with adult theme concepts that make you want to move on to the next book just to see how it plays out. Great Book.
Love is brewing by T'Aundria (Posted on 5/16/2018)
I knew it, I can the romance, hopefully something starts up between those two. I know this book is for all ages so maybe not.
A nice surpirse! by Patrick (Posted on 4/30/2018)
I didn't expect much from what's obviously a book for youth's but it was hilarious!
Entertaining by NIGHTANGEL (Posted on 4/28/2018)
Different than what Sanderson usually gives. But still exceedingly awesome
Tailormade for Graphic Audio by Audiophile (Posted on 4/23/2018)
This book and graphic audio combination is brilliant. Here is a comical fantasy heist story for all ages with amazing voice acting and production values.
Entertainment for all ages! by Scott (Posted on 3/25/2018)
This is different from Brandon Sanderson's other works is that it is more like a personal adventure series were all kind of crazies things happen and interesting ideas about the nature of the world are shared. Alcatraz in a single day has an incredible adventure discovering family and powers he never knew he had while discovering why his life has been so horrible so far. Its a fun adventure.
So good by Ken (Posted on 2/28/2018)
This is a must own! Downloading the 2nd one now!
Oddest adventure by Daniel (Posted on 2/7/2018)
There is the hp formula. Orphan boy and so on. The really amazing part was the strange powers and talents these characters have. Brandon Sanderson does some of the most unique magic and skills for his characters that make his story so different from the usual genres that his stories are in there own leauge.

The odd narrative and totally out there moments took some getting use too. But the story is a great treat. The action scenes were incredibly done in both writting and prodction.

When the magic engaged and the sound effects were so engaging they made the story feel like a movie.
Funny by Venecia (Posted on 1/24/2018)
I normally do not enjoy "comedy" books but this book is an exception. I knew if it was by Brandon Sanderson it had to be well done and I was not disappointed. Also, the production on this is awesome. I really enjoy the artist that plays Alcatraz. He is great in the role and I am ready to hear the rest of the series.
Harry Potter meets Diskworld by Charles (Posted on 1/22/2018)
Take the standard hidden magical world in the modern era and add in some silliness with a dash of satire that would make Terry proud.
Fourth Wall Breaking at its Finest by Diego (Posted on 11/16/2017)
I am a HUGE fan of stories that like to make fun of themselves and break the fourth wall. One of the main reasons I love Deadpool, I suppose. As a result, it was a joy to listen to this Graphic Audio production. This story was a Masterpiece of Madness and I absolutely adored it. And it was also surprisingly deep in many ways, especially in the way it made you pause and reflect.

At any rate, I must take a moment to express my gratitude to the production team behind this project. I was introduced to the mesmerizing work of Brandon Sanderson through this company, back when I read Elantris about a year ago. I have been trying to catch up with other non-cosmere series of the author but I wouldn't allow myself to read them, much less listen to them, if it didn't recieve the Graphic Audio treatment. Imagine my delight when I learned that this title was finally on the site and that more where on the way.

It was so worth the nearly year-long wait. Thanks to everyone involved in this project! Will be buying and reviewing the sequels at the earliest opportunity.
Fun & Silly by A Future Librarian (Posted on 10/23/2017)
Not since GraphicAudio's Deadpool Paws has a book translated so well when adapted into an audio medium here at GraphicAudio. The appropriate concoction of both bonkers and subversively witty, this audiobook is a delight from the first page until the last. Whilst the paperback may be aimed at younger readers, the audio version transcends such boundaries to be a enjoyable all-ages romp. Have invested in obtaining Book 2 to be listened to soon, and await with baited breath for Book 3 to made available for pre-order. I can't wait to find out if my future colleagues end up capturing that pesky Alcatraz!
silly by rafael (Posted on 10/17/2017)
This was silly and funny at times, but it was a good book.
Brilliant adaptation by Amy (Posted on 10/12/2017)
My god, this was spectacular! This was my second time reading this, as I read the first book a few years ago. However, Graphic Audio elevated the book to new heights. I loved it even more! All thanks to GA and their wonderful work. Alejandro Ruiz was PERFECT, as was Chris and the test of the crew. So, so good.
quirky by Michael (Posted on 9/18/2017)
I chose this book as a suggestion from the end of the Ripper audiobook. While it is not my cup of tea, if you like ... quircky... books, you will love it.

Starts slow, but about 3/4 of the way in, is mildly enjoyable.
