The Best NB Yet by Catdaddy (Posted on 8/21/2018)
An early twist in the story reinvigorate the series, making this story the best Nuclear Bombshell yet. Richard Rohan’s first-person narration continues to be the series’ greatest asset, with a fizzy love triangle and enough film noir clichés to offset the occasional clunky line (“so we’re back to square one.”). There is even, in the fourth hour, several moments of unexpected emotional depth.

The story is quite tidy, so well wrapped-up that it feels like the conclusion of the trilogy.

Happily, Nuclear Bombshell keeps getting better and better; it’s good to know there are more to follow.
Im not bad im just drawn that way by Daniel (Posted on 2/7/2018)
Sci-fi who framed rodger rabbit. Thats what this reminds me of. There are crazy zany and down right odd balls on every corner but there is a genuine mystery and intense story at the center of it.

This is a weird one just a weird future world. I felt so bad for zach and the poor guy just never got a break. I loved hara omg i died when she was in the shower. Compared to the others this one was okay. I like how his past cases add to the cast and the story.
gooooood by John (Posted on 8/13/2017)

A Consistently Excellent Series by Amy (Posted on 8/4/2016)
This book was absolutely fabulous (sorry, the Absolutely Fabulous movie is currently playing at my job, The phrase has been temporarily burned into my brain.) It admittedly threw a lot of drama and conflict in, but it was worth it in the end. I love the characters, and the emotional growth was fantastic. This is just a really good series of books, and this was was no exception. I actually gasped at the twists. Can't wait to get to book 4!
a followup review by Eric (Posted on 1/1/2016)
Of all the GA series, I keep coming back to the NB series. And, I've probably listened to Radioactive Redhead, and Flaxen Femme Fatale, 5 times more than any of the others. The depictions of all the characters are terrific. This is by far my favorite narration.

The actor portraying Sexy Sprockets (Kimberly Gilbert?) gets my vote for totally selling the character. It's definitely a caricature of that type of pop star. But, there is still some depth. Her delivery on the lines was spectacular.

This is not to say that the other performances weren't great. They were. All the GA performers on this title put their full effort into it. You can tell that they were having fun.

I have not yet found another GA series that I enjoy as much as this one, although several are close. But, the difference is probably that the author has a clever wit, and a great feel for the story's rhythm. If Mr. Zakur were to write a new series for GA, I would definitely be buying my copy.

About the only installment of the NS series that I like less than the others is the last one, "Sapphire Sirens". It felt more like a wrap up (get the gang back together), than a continuation. It's not a bad effort...just not as good as the rest of the installments.

Anyway...all I can say is that GA hits this one out of the park. Please come up with more series like the Nuclear Bombshell. Nekropolis is close...
Nuclear Bombshell Series by Michael (Posted on 9/13/2015)
Like all Graphic Audio books, it was fantastic. The 28 hour drive I had flew by. A good listen.
Another great detective story by Tyler (Posted on 8/23/2015)

Why redheads rock by Idongesit (Posted on 4/17/2015)
The humor in this one is good, both in terms of contemporary and past references. You'll definitely get into this one, especially with the surprises in store.
A little different, just as much fun. by Howard (Posted on 4/9/2015)
This story changes things up a little from the previous two. I was skeptical for awhile but was soon completely pulled into the story and crazy characters. I could critique the series so far but the most important element of Nuclear Bombshell adventures is fun, and this story is every bit as much fun as the first two stories.

This is one of the funniest ones yet. I laugh about half way through the book. Just a great story all around.
Review by Eric Butler (Posted on 5/23/2013)
The hits keep coming in this series! The story, while not quite as good as the previous two installments, is still very good...and a lot of laughs. I really appreciated the voice acting talent in this one...well done all around.
