Oct 1, 2009
5 Hours
Ages 18+
He was raised by the mountain man called Preacher, and he was said to be the fastest gun alive. Until he hung up his gunbelts to raise a family. Smoke Jensen was the last mountain man and a force of nature.

But Lee Slater and his gang of low life desperadoes didn't know that. Stirring up a motherlode of trouble for the retired gunslinger was Slater's first mistake. Shooting Smoke Jensen's wife Sally was his second.

He wasn't going to live to make a third.

Another great story
Blood-soaked fun! by Brian (Posted on 10/2/2016)
Lee Slater and his gang of cutthroats didn't know Smoke Jensen had given up his gunfighter status to try and become a family man. Stirring up a cauldron of trouble was their first mistake. Shooting Smoke's wife, Sally, during a raid in Smoke's home town of Big Rock was their second.

Now a bounty has been placed on Smoke's head and the last mountain man finds himself forced to fight for his very life against not only Slater's band of degenerates, but a whole laundry list of other no-goods from all over the west who want nothing more than to see him hang!

This is a violent, highly entertaining and addictive story. It had me on the edge of my chair throughout. I like it on a more personal level because it reveals just how tough and dangerous Smoke Jensen, as a man, can be when he's backed into a corner.

This book is definitely worth a listen.
