awesome storytelling, I like how the main character isn't your typical cowboy. he thinks things through careful looking at all possibilities before making a move, more of like a detective.
good story by rafael (Posted on 10/1/2016)
I was surprised this was pretty good. The story was ok it had some twists an it kept me interested.
Great Story by James (Posted on 3/21/2015)
This is a great story, the typical military against the Indians with a twist. A little extreme when the military wiped out the Indian village, but that is the nature of war. The twist is where there is two suitors for one woman this was entertaining how that unfolded. Ned appears early in the story and then disappears out of the story. The whole time wondering when Ned would reappear, cool ending.

This was my first Charles West story and I was immediately captivated and have since bought all but two. Hope GA does more.

Another excellent entry in GA's series of standalone westerns by Charles G. West. I have all nine to date and look forward to many more in the future.
