Esther Diamond: Doppelgangster by J (Posted on 9/1/2018)
Second in the Esther Diamond series, the title refers to both the main topic and the group of people involved. Many of the characters from book 1 return, which always makes a series more enjoyable. Also important, we find out what's up with the feathers!
really enjoyed it by T'Aundria (Posted on 8/8/2018)
I loved this one as well, more of Lopez is always great he sounds so yummy! Esther really has a knack for getting herself in to trouble. max is awesome and seems to know just what to do. Can't see what Esther and Max gets into next. I hope I will be listening to more of Lopez.

Another success for GA. This is my favorite of the series. I love Lucky as a character.
Hoping the relationship would get better. by Natira (Posted on 5/1/2018)
Although I liked the theme and story line of this book. I had a very hard time getting through a few parts of the book and even skipped a couple mins due to Easter's lying. And I do not like the way it ended. Unless Easter wises up and stops lying to Det. Lopez, I don't think I will continue listening to this series...
Lol fun, great for a commute! by Amy (Posted on 3/6/2018)
These books are so much fun. The characters are great and the actors make this better. The books can be a little ridiculous at times but that’s one of the great things about it. I like that Esther is a bit of a unlikely heroin and keeps things upbeat. Listening to these non-stop on my commute to and from work, and it just seems to fly by. Definitely worth the listen!
Hooked on Ester Diamond! by Eddie (Posted on 5/4/2017)
This series rivals all others. I laugh out loud with joy as I listen to this series!
interesting, fun, time well spent by Michael (Posted on 4/20/2017)
After listening to the first book, I had to get this one. And was pleasantly surprised.

Kept my attention; heck I had to ration my listening or I would have burned through it one run. The characters are foibled enough to be real and relate well.

Two thumbs up.
Fun and thrilling by Sam (Posted on 4/18/2017)
This is a fun series and this title takes Esther back into the thick of magic/mystery. The mob theme is interesting and it keeps your attention. If you liked the first book, you'll like this one as wall.
Diamond for baby by Daniel (Posted on 4/6/2017)
This is a really fun series. The music and the acting is astounding, the way some scenes would blend with the music and react to the story made the comedy all the more funny and the serious moments have more impact, I love the accents and its a great comedic blend of mystery and magic. I love the idea of a Magical effect to a"mundane" murder.

Esther is a great character, she has a personality that feels so out of place in a typical "magical story" that she makes it real and fun when in most cases it would be dark and serous; not to say that there aren't some dark and serious moments in this story. I can't wait to listen to the next one.

As a long time fan of Colleen Delany and Annja Creed, the scene when Esther didn't want to go into a crypt I was like when did Annja get squeamish. And If Thomas Keegan puts his mind to it I think he could melt butter with his voice.

I enjoyed this book. It's nice to listen to some thing light and funny. The story had you form the beginning and kept you until the end. I can't wait for the next one and that's the sign of a good book.
