Warlock Holmes
3 : My Grave Ritual

by G.S. Denning
Sep 17, 2018
9 Hours
Ages 13+
"If you ever wondered how much better Sherlock would be if people could hurl hellfire at each other, well this one is for you." Starburst Magazine on A Study in Brimstone

As they blunder towards doom, Warlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson find themselves inconvenienced by a variety of eldritch beings. Christmas brings a goose that doesn't let being cooked slow it down; they meet an electricity demon, discover why being a redhead is even tricker than one might imagine, and Holmes attempts an Irish accent. And, naturally, Moriarty is hanging around... in some form or other.

well, who could have guess Warlock and Watson be out smarted. They both seem like an invincible team, always able to solve every problem but not this time. Great story looking forward for more.
A World of Fun! by Cerise (Posted on 2/8/2019)
I adore how this series puts a special twist on classic Sherlock Holmes tales. There's enough of the original story in the new presentations that there's a certain glee in recognizing elements here and there and another layer of fun in seeing what the author did with them to fit into this new universe. As usual, the GA production is exemplary and there wasn't a performance with which I could find any fault. Keenly hoping the upcoming new book will also get the GA treatment in the future!
A blast by Michael (Posted on 11/1/2018)
When I heard the first lines of the first Warlock Holmes series, I was hooked. I actually laughed out loud in many places. The second was just as good, and this one, in my opinion tops them. The voice actors bring Holmes and Watson to life, and who can't enjoy a goose breaking free at Christmas and throwing bullets in a fire?

Well worth the purchase, but to truly enjoy, listen to the first two. They set the stage and cast of characters perfectly.
