A Mick Oberon Job
4 : In Truth and Claw

by Ari Marmell
6 Hours
Ages 18+
Mick Oberon may look like just another 1930s private detective, but beneath the fedora and the overcoat, he's got pointy ears and he's packing a wand.

A series of brutal murders is sweeping Chicago, baffling both the local police and the Seelie Court, who sense that an aura of corruption and death has touched Mick himself. When Mick's associates become targets, and a vampire appears in his office, Mick is drawn into his most dangerous hunt yet. A hunt that will lead him to seek answers about his mysterious past and what it could mean for those in his present.

A great entry into the series by Will (Posted on 1/16/2019)
I just finished this book and i loved it. Very well done and good character story development. I enjoyed how it built off the missing girl story line from book one and world built off it. I really can't wait till book 5. As always it was very well produced and made, the usual graphic audio high standard. I would recommend this series in general to fan's of Dresden files or harry potter.
Gumshoes & Fae by Chris (Posted on 1/14/2019)
Take one detective lore novel, add in a quart of folklore. Shake well. The Oberon series is great for its mysteries, and like the other novels, they all tie together in ever engrossing ways. I'm always entertained by the different creatures from folklore and the accents attributed to them by the voice actors.

Best of the series by damien (Posted on 11/20/2018)
The series really picks up with this entry, it once again leaves in quite a cliffhanger that leaves the reader eager for the next and what I am guessing is the final entry.
