6 Hours
Ages 18+
In the altered reality of the Deathlands, America''s coastal waters haven''t escaped the ravages of the nukecaust, but the awesome power of the oceans still rules here. It''s a power that will let Ryan Cawdor, first among post-holocaust survivors, ride the crest of victory-or consign his woman to the raging depths.

Emerging from a gateway on the ruins of the Georgia coastline, Ryan Cawdor and his warrior survivalists embark on a voyage up the Atlantic coast. But treachery awaits as they''re beset by pirates, then a violent storm that pulls Krysty Wroth and Jak Lauren beneath the waves. Now Ryan must contend with a self-proclaimed lord of the sea as he struggles to reclaim what''s his from a watery grave.

In the Deathlands, there''s no waking from the nightmare...

loved it more please!
Slightly Under-developed by Vann (Posted on 1/18/2017)
As far as the story goes, it drifted, got lost, came back and then unceremoniously ended. Not a great work, but still decent for a listen. GA, on the other hand, did an outstanding job with this story. They can really bring it to life. 3 headphones for the story itself, but 5 for GA and their work.

Review by Anderson Morris (Posted on 5/23/2013)
Good overall, but as far as the water ones go I prefer the whailing village episode. The final show down between the Admiral and Ryan could have been better as they set him up like the Russian Commander Zimyanyin, who died in a very uncharacteristically sacrificial manner to save Dean, but I digress. Overall the Admiral could have been more developed.
