Reviews

Gavin by Leslie (Posted on 8/30/2018)
Who is Gavin Guile? Is he a great man or is he a mask? Or both? The action in this part of the book is captured perfectly by GA!
Love this series by Brent (Posted on 4/19/2018)
This series has a good mix of humor and action. The production of this audiobook is on point love GraphicAudio productions and this one does not disappoint

can't stop listening to this series.LOVE IT!
Still ramping up... by Patrick (Posted on 4/2/2017)
Part two of the book is still quite slow, but we start to find out that it's not the rosy fairy tale story if seemed to be in the first part.
Great! by Travis (Posted on 1/15/2017)
The story just gets better with part 2. We learn more about the magic system and the political system of Brent Weeks' fantasy world in this one. GA continues to do superb with their voice acting, sound effects, and the effective use of background music. Johann Dettweiler has done a brilliant job of adapting the novel for audio.

This book is so intense I was-on the edge of my seat while driving wow !
The Series Hits its Stride by CATDADDY (Posted on 3/4/2015)
Part Two opens with a very cool plot twist, one that suddenly justifies the seemingly abrupt ending of Part One. They were *saving* this.

It also means that this story gets quite political. The social machinations of each conversation at the outset are quite baroque. GraphicAudio continues their tradition of hitting their stride with the second installation of a series (see also Vatta’s War, Dante Valentine). Now that one has made it through the thick exposition of the first story and begun to understand this world, the momentum kicks in. It's a good ride.

The "break point" here is more dramatically satisfying than Part One, even a minor cliffhanger. But if you have listened to both Parts One and Two, rest assured: you're certainly going to be back here to purchase Part Three.
Will not disappoint! by Armand (Posted on 10/9/2014)
Listened to this episode, then listed to #1 again and got even more out of it! Perfectly done in all respects! Definitely hooked on this series! Outstanding is all respects which is what I've come to expect from all GA productions!
The Black Prism 2 by Todd (Posted on 10/4/2014)
The momentum keeps building and the characters evolve perfectly along with the story. One of my favorites

Awesome mental scenery by Robert (Posted on 1/10/2014)
Brent is so adept at creating the world his characters live in. It's a perfect match for the GA crew bringing it to life and drawing you in even further!
Still Awsome by Steven (Posted on 10/25/2013)
Even as I write this I'm downloading part 3! I'm no writer and one of the worst spellers I know. So my vocab is short in the writen word. I can't explain just how awsome this series is so far.

But it's freaking AWSOME!
