Some say they are a cursed people. But those who try to find them will be just as unlucky... Working on a dig on the southern coast of India, the last thing Annja Creed expects is to be hit by a tsunami. Or to strike archaeological gold. But that''s exactly what happens when several objects wash ashore in the storm.

The relics carry unfamiliar markings that hint at a legendary city. Excited by the prospect of discovering a culture believed lost to civilization, Annja embarks on a perilous journey deep into the heart of danger.

She learns of a mysterious artifact that could provide clues to the whereabouts of the lost city, which means trekking through an inhospitable jungle and forbidding terrain. But nature''s denizens and death traps are not the only threats: someone else is also pursuing the prize. Just as Annja''s grail comes into view, she must ward off an even greater evil. Because deep in the Nilgiris mountains is a race of people that the world forgot.

And they don''t like strangers.

As with the other stories in this series, this was yet another thrilling adventure. Every time I listen to one of these stories I can’t help but wonder how she keeps getting herself into these situations. My friend who introduced me to this series feels that it’s the sword that draws her to the right place at the right time. Or would that be the wrong place at the wrong time. Whatever way you want to look at it, keep up the good work. I’m looking foreword to listening to the rest of the series.

This was one of my favorites by far in the series. It had all of my favorite Rogue Angel elements: Garin, Roux, appropriate amount of ass-kicking and an ACTUAL story line. There was also a lot of actual archaelogy which is what Annja lives for. There weren't too many near death experiences and Annja actually had a purpose in this story and didn't fall into bed with a random stranger!!

I have loved Rouge Angel for awhile now. I got addicted to the series later on well after this one was made. And having heard the 'newer' releases this story is still just as good. I loved the flow and action in this story and some of the interesting events of the past and the journey Anna goes on. I loved the ending on this I thought it was really well done and something that could maybe happen

Extraordinary Indian take on a Rogue Angel adventure by sue (Posted on 7/11/2015)
This story is going to take you on an adventure with history of the Nagas, ancient India and more. You will not expect the twists and turns as you explore the jungles with Anja and her team - Great story :)

Serpent's Kiss was very interesting; it was riveting. Easy to follow, various scenes; just enough to keep your interest, but not to be confusing.

This was good!!!! Tons of action, I listened to this one straight through no breaks!!!
The story is very tomb raiderish but a hundred times more plausible. Rogue Angel series is becoming a mainstay in my household.

I loved every aspect of this story! You won't want it to end, but when it does, it just sends you racing to get or listen to Annja's next adventure on GA! Well Done!

This is a very good story. You can get lost if you don't stay with it. But the ending is superb. I really enjoyed this one. Especially after the last two. Good job GA.
