28 : Emerald Fire

by James Axler
Jan 1, 2008
6 Hours
Ages 18+
The global apocalypse of 2001 did not destroy the world-only a way of life. Now, three generations after the blast, the indomitable human spirit struggles against the devastation and hopelessness. For one band of survivors, hope lies in hidden gateways, portals to uncertain places of salvation or doom.

The Amazon Basin remains a land of primordial beauty and primitive people. Ryan Cawdor and his band of warrior survivalists emerge from a gateway into an abandoned U.S, military complex, now a native shrine to the white gods of pre-blast days. Here the group is given royal treatment, only to discover that privilege has a blood price.

In the Deathlands, you''re always too far from home....

Deathlands 28 by Christopher (Posted on 11/24/2018)
I like this one, even if they used the idea of Jack being mistaken as a god again by the locals. Nice to see another country being used for the setting, I like the jungle setting.

I enjoy the gate ways and the new and interesting places they take the team too.
Away From Home by Vann (Posted on 10/4/2016)
Again, the gateways transport our heroes from the Deathlands to another country. Here they have to deal with slavers. Even in a different country, living in the post-apocalyptic world, is no picnic. Another fine job with the actors and the production team.
