Ages 18+
The nuclear firestorms had swept away the hatreds and the power struggles that had dominated the Earth for decades. But no hoped-for better reality was born in that blighted landscape. In a lawless and maddened world, blood and violence remained a means to survival-and power.

In the harsh territory near what used to be the Western badlands, Ryan Cawdor and his crew join the search for the wreck of a crashed space station. Buit in the ruins of Las Vegas he falls prey to a maelstrom of violence. Hostage in a bitter war between regional barons, Ryan finds that even his best effort is an odds-even gamble and that his son''s life may depend on the whims of destiny.

Deathlands is a conspiracy against survival...

Family United by Vann (Posted on 1/18/2017)
Some bonds are too tight to be broken, but the strain can be too much. With life of those he loves at risk, Ryan's gang is entered into a contest to the death...by force. It is an epic adventure in deep in the heart of Deathlands.

This books shows how Dean is growing to be just like his dad a great leader

From someone who has been to the bad lands this one was my favorite to picture. So action packed and a great setting for this particular story.
Time to Grow Up by Vann (Posted on 10/3/2016)
Dean plays a bigger part in this one, which was nice to see. It becomes a time for him to see what his dad does, if in a smaller part, each day. At times, the noise from the action filled scenes over powers the narrator and the actors, but nicely done.

Ryan's son kidnapped & forced to fight in gladiatorial games. A lot of action
Review by Anderson Morris (Posted on 5/23/2013)
This one kick all sorts of A$@! It is set in a crazy death arena where good ole Ryan and crew fight, battl some muti flying carnivorous monkeys, and ultimately save the day. Unfortunately this is where annoying Dean, Ryan's son, comes back into the picture. They really should just let Jack fill that role and feed Dean to some stickies or something.
